Polyaluminium chloride water purification performance
▪ The quality of purified water is better than that of aluminum sulfate coagulant, and the cost of water purification is 15-30% lower than that of aluminum sulfate coagulant.
▪ Flocs form quickly and settle quickly, with greater processing capacity than traditional products such as aluminum sulfate.
▪ The alkalinity in the consumed water is lower than other inorganic coagulants, so no or less alkali agent is needed.
▪ Suitable source water in the range of 0-9.0 can be condensed.
▪ Less corrosive, good operating conditions.
▪ Better solubility than aluminum sulfate.

The difference between polyaluminum and polyiron
Appearance: Solid polyaluminium chloride is yellow in appearance, while solid polyaluminium ferric chloride is red or brown.
Liquid polyaluminium chloride can adjust parameters according to different application scenarios. The color ranges from light yellow to orange-yellow, while polyferric sulfate is basically brown.
Treatment effect: From the perspective of industrial water treatment, polyaluminium chloride has outstanding effects in river water purification. The treated water has outstanding effects, the water quality is softer, and it will not cause the fabric to become hard, etc.
Polyaluminium ferric chloride has a short time and quick effect in purifying wastewater from steel mills, paper mills, sewage treatment plants, etc. The treated water is clear and easier to meet emission standards.
Application environment: From a functional point of view, polyaluminium ferric chloride can only be used in industrial water treatment, while polyaluminium chloride can be used in drinking water and industrial water treatment.
Polyferric sulfate is more suitable for low temperature and low turbidity waters.
Polyaluminium chloride has little corrosion to pipes, and most water companies use polyaluminium chloride as a water purification material.
Production raw materials: From the perspective of processing raw materials, polyaluminium chloride, especially drinking water grade, requires the use of aluminium hydroxide powder for processing and production, while polyaluminium ferric chloride requires the use of aluminium calcium powder as a processing raw material.
